Having studied Sports Nutrition at University I have always been aware of the importance of good wellbeing in order to perform in my golfing and business life. Living and working in London is very enjoyable and hectic at times, along with golf events throughout the year, the importance of finding time to relax and unwind has always been important to me.

I am very passionate about sport and love to compete to the highest amateur levels in golf and tennis throughout the year. Golf and tennis have a lot of similarities and the ability to keep the body loose and flexible is key to top performance. Westlab has now been part of my life since 2017 since Jilly kindly mentioned it to me after complaining of pain in my hip flexors from some hard tennis matches which was affecting my turn in the golf swing! I now bathe in the morning after tennis matches with the Westlab Epsom Salts to get the body loose and ready for business and sports challenges.
