Our History

Jill founded JdV Sport in 2009 and has worked in sport for over fifteen years. Jill brings this extensive experience to people, brands and companies across the world through JdV Sport. She is proud to be an Ambassador for many of the finest golf brands and hotels in the world such as the 5 star Old Course Hotel in St Andrews, Titleist, FootJoy, BMW and the 5 star Stoke Park, located 30 minutes from Central London.

JdV Sport offers a range of services from brand representation to luxury golf experiences through her ambassador roles for different organisations. From the age of nine, Jill has been an enthusiastic supporter of golf representing Nottinghamshire County and England Universities golf teams. She currently plays off a handicap of 7. Following a degree in Sport and Business,  Jill has gone on to work in different sectors of sport and golf industries.

Nick de Villiers (her brother) has also competed in County and University golf and in international golf events including the New Zealand Amateur Championships, winning four international four round events. He now plays and competes in high level amateur golf off a handicap of 2.  He graduated with a business degree and has worked in the business world for over 20 years with Orange, BT and now JdV Sport. Nick has been a Director at JdV Sport since 2015 and proud to be a Ambassador for the 5 star Old Course Hotel, Titleist, FootJoy, BMW, Westlab and the beautiful 5 star Stoke Park Country Club, Hotel & Spa.

Jill and Nick regularly attend high profile events throughout London and Jill hosts her own luxury bespoke golf events and experiences which are detailed in the events section. Last year Jill attended over sixty celebrity, charity and corporate golf days across the United Kingdom. Jill and Nick attend many of golf’s major championships along with regular European Tour events such as the Ryder Cup representing JdV Sport and our clients. Jill particularly enjoyed the Ryder Cup victory in Medinah, US.

Through Jill and Nick’s contacts and business relationships, JdV Sport now has partnerships with hotels around the world to provide “Once in a Lifetime” golfing and holiday experiences. These partnerships also extend to golfing equipment, events, tee times, spa weekends, property and clothing so we can fulfil all your golfing requirements.

Jill and Nick are hosting and organising a full calendar of exciting luxury golf experiences throughout the year hosting many corporate golf days.

Jill wears Ralph Lauren clothes for golf along with the latest FootJoy Collection, plays Titleist Irons and Titleist woods, uses PowaKaddy, wears Footjoy golf shoes. Nick also plays the full Titleist range with the new Titleist TSR driver in the bag for 2023, both rely on FootJoy shoes and clothing for the very best golfing experience.
